We're not strangers to aerobics at Bad Movie Night. Killer Workout AKA Aerobicide was shown early on.
Hold on, that was the intro to the last post. In fact, did I just do that so I could post another scene from Killer Workout? Yep.
It's not so weird watching Linnea Quigley's Horror Workout. It's directed by the guy that made Evil Spawn. Linnea is like a sister to us:
that you've seen naked a weird amount of times and it's only 60 minutes. Even so the exercising is padded with zombie chases and clips from Linnea's movies. We might as well follow the routines, however, so bring your spandex.
I've been intending to show Revenge of the Ninja for almost as long as BMN has been alive. It still hasn't happened. But we're watching its sequel, Ninja III: The Domination (Enter the Ninja is the first one) since it's crazier and enjoyably worse. It's been out-of-print for as long as I've known about it but it seems to get almost monthly posts onto YouTube. That's because it's constantly taken down as well. The one posted in July is gone but the one from two weeks ago is still there!
If Ninja III: The Domination isn't available when Friday rolls around the alternate movie will be Invaders From Mars (1986) because we just saw Laraine Newman in another movie last week.
